Territory Customer Support Manager

The UK Branch presently has a vacancy for a Territory Customer Support Manager for Ireland. he ideal candidate will be from a farming/horticultural/machinery background or exhibit knowledge of and empathy for the agricultural economy and the customer and dealer base upon which we depend. The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level and have graduated in an agricultural/engineering related subject as well as having experience in and around the agricultural, manufacturing, dealer channel or a competitive manufacturer.
The skill set required will include a good command of written and spoken English in both formal and informal settings as well as competence with the elements of the Microsoft Office Suite. The candidate will possess a good work ethic, be able to manage time and resources to deliver business and people goals. Above all you will be able to command respect, be a self- starter and be able to drive sustainable results that will position the dealers with whom you will work at the forefront of dealer standards.
