According to the latest news release, the company Danfoss formally completed a US$3.3 billion acquisition of Eaton’s hydraulics business. The overall size of the Danfoss hydraulic business will be doubled by combining Eaton’s hydraulics business with the Danfoss Power Solutions business segment. With this latest acquisition, Danfoss establish itself as a global leader in mobile and industrial hydraulics.
